Cannabis Chronix ships orders only within Canada. We do not ship outside Canada.
Orders are intended only for adults 19 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 19+ and legally permitted to receive the products ordered.
Orders are processed after e-transfer payment has been received and matched to the order. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, payment timing, holidays, weather, and carrier delays.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Cannabis Chronix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, payment delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate Canadian delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Signature is not required upon delivery unless we choose or are required to use a signature service for a particular order. Customers remain responsible for ensuring the delivery location is secure and suitable for receiving the order.
Orders are packaged to protect product integrity and privacy where reasonably possible. Packaging and delivery methods may vary.
If an order appears lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us at the email below. We may request photos, tracking information, and order details. Resolution is handled case by case and does not change our All Sales Final policy.
